Main Tank:
· Horizontal type main tank with working door, manual and auto control for security locking, main tank body is welded by plasma welding.
· Two-stage adjustable nozzle.
· Paved with board inside the storage chamber and internal two fabric guiding pipe.
· Winch motor is driven by inverter control
· Plaiting device with gear box driven control
· Spraying and rinsing device with gear box driven control
· Install with automatically stop and alarm system for restoration device of fabric jam.
· Pneumatic valve control for overflow wash.
· Pneumatic valve control for water inlet and drainage.
· Pneumatic valve control for automatically heating and cooling.
· Main tank pressure security valve (pressure setup 4.5Bar)
· Pressure relief valve.
· Automatically pressurizing and depressurizing system, as well as manual relief valve for emergency.
· Liquid level meter with magnetic control sensor device.
· Fabric outlet frame and driven system.
· Stainless steel working platform, 0-150℃ SS temperature meter as well as SS pressure gauge.
