   Installation
Attention before installation
1)Fuel consumption flow meter must be installed by engineer who has much experience of fuel way.
2)No installation near heat exchanger otherwise heat air from heat exchanger  will cause measuring error
3)Please install it on the position where has little vibration.
4)Please install it on the position where easy to read.
5)Please install it near the fuel tank to minimize hose length from tank to lifting pump.
6)Users should ensure there is no air in fuel hose because it can effect accuracy.
7) We suggest users install it at low position on fuel hose
 
 Installation steps
1)Find the right place to fasten the meter and air eliminator on the vehicle
2)Connect the hose as the figure shown below
3)Make sure there's no leakage in the fuel line
4)Bleed the air in the fuel line and start the engine
5)Sealing all connections after the flow meter



Warranty and Service
 Warranty
The manufacturer provides one year warranty on all products, free of charge, but the users should be responsible for the one-way transportation fee from the customer to the factory.
 
8.2 Service
The manufacturer provides instrument installation for our customers, and the charges will be made according to the cost.
For any hardware failure of the instrument, we recommend that our customers send back the instrument to our factory for service, due to the fact that the instrument is made of microprocessors and it will be difficult to perform field  maintenance. Before sending back the instrument, please try to contact the factory first to make sure what the problem is.
For other operational problems, please contact our service department by telephone, fax or email and internet. In most cases, the problem could be solved immediately.
